Dil Se Dukaan customer satisfaction ko pehle rakhta hai. Agar aap apne order se khush nahi hain, toh neeche diye gaye policy ke according return aur refund le sakte hain.
7-Day Return Policy
Product receive hone ke 7 din ke andar aap return request kar sakte hain — koi sawaal nahi poocha jayega. Product unused, original packaging mein aur tags attached hone chahiye.
Return Eligible Products
- Damaged ya broken products
- Galat product deliver hua
- Product description se alag hai
- Size ya color galat hai (fashion items)
- Manufacturing defect hai
Return Not Eligible
- Used ya damaged by customer products
- Perishable items (food, organic products)
- Intimate/personal care items (opened)
- Customized ya personalized products
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Process
- Return request karein — email ya phone pe
- Hum pickup arrange karenge ya return address denge
- Product receive hone ke baad inspection hoga
- Approved hone pe 5-7 business days mein refund
- Refund original payment method mein hoga
Exchange Option
Refund ki jagah exchange bhi le sakte hain. Same product ya different product — aapki marzi. Exchange pe koi extra charge nahi lagega (price difference hone pe applicable).
